Welcome to AL-Falah Learning Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which comply with applicable laws of Pakistan.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you:

4. Enrollment, Fees & Payments

  • Course fees must be paid as per the agreed structure before access is granted
  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
  • The Academy reserves the right to revise fees, schedules, or course content

Failure to pay may result in cancellation, suspension, or denial of services.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refund eligibility is subject to individual course terms
  • Requests must be submitted in writing within the specified refund period
  • No refunds shall be issued after course commencement unless legally required

Administrative and processing fees may be non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including:

  • Course materials
  • Videos, texts, graphics
  • Logos and branding

are the intellectual property of AL-Falah Learning Academy and are protected under Pakistan Copyright Ordinance 1962.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

Learners must maintain professional and ethical behavior. The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
  • Cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation
  • Disruptive or unlawful behavior

The Academy reserves the right to remove violators without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, AL-Falah Learning Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, income, or opportunities
  • Technical failures beyond our control

Educational content is provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees of outcomes.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with:

  • PECA 2016
  • Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002
  • Applicable data protection principles in Pakistan

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice if:

Such termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
