AL-Falah Learning Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) aims to maintain fairness, transparency, and trust in all transactions. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for our educational services.
1. General Policy
- All enrollments are considered final unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds are offered only in accordance with this policy.
- By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only if:
- A written request is submitted before the course start date, or
- The Academy cancels the course for any reason, or
- A refund is required under applicable Pakistani law.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The course has already started
- Classes, materials, or recordings have been accessed
- Absence, non-attendance, or change of personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations rather than service delivery
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In limited cases, the Academy may offer a partial refund:
- Administrative or registration fees may be deducted
- Processing or platform fees are non-refundable
- The final refund amount is at the Academy’s discretion
5. Course Cancellation by the Academy
If AL-Falah Learning Academy cancels a course:
- Students will be eligible for a full refund, or
- May choose to transfer enrollment to another course or batch
6. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–14 working days
- Cash refunds are not guaranteed unless legally required
7. Returns Policy (Physical Materials)
If physical materials (books, kits, or learning tools) are provided:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the student unless the item is defective
No refunds will be issued for used or damaged materials.
8. Shariah & Ethical Commitment
In line with Islamic principles:
- All transactions are conducted with transparency and fairness
- No unjust enrichment (Gharar) is practiced
- Refund decisions are handled with honesty and good faith (Amanah)
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute:
- Parties are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably
- Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the laws and courts of Pakistan
10. Policy Updates
AL-Falah Learning Academy reserves the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
